RESPONSIBILITIES FOR LANDLORD REPRESENTATION:

Key responsibilities are business development and building and managing strong relationships in the industry.
Possess excellent negotiating, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
Work well in a teaming environment; Strong ability to gain access to institutional real estate owners and private owners.
Coordinate marketing programs with our in-house Marketing Department
Responsible for operational oversight and process improvement; as well as, client satisfaction.
Regular reporting to owners
And other duties & responsibilities as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR TENANT REPRESENATION:

Key responsibilities are business development and building and managing strong relationships in the industry.
Possess excellent negotiating, problem solving and communication skills.
Detailed oriented with strong organization skills.
Accompanies prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.
Compiles property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.
Prepares Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses.
Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.
Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
Prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments. Participates in contract negotiations and due diligence.
Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Have excellent interpersonal communication skills both oral & written
Ability to interface with clients and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (Microsoft Office Suite Programs)
The ideal candidate has a salesperson TX real estate license or in process of securing a license.
