Mr. Casey Butaud has dedicated his entire professional career to the real estate industry. Mr. Butaud received his real estate license in 1996 after proudly serving his country in the United State Marine Corps and receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Business, with an emphasis in real estate. He founded the company in 2000 and heads up the contractual matters, brokerage efforts, and company operations.  

Mr. Butaud continues to seek innovative marketing and investment strategies to aid our clients’ ever-evolving needs. His philosophy for Black Label Commercial Group is to always put our customers first, and assist in their unique and specific requirements. Mr. Butaud continues to work daily in the company operations.

Mr. Beau Harris began his career in commercial brokerage and development ten years ago. Mr. Harris has a proven record of accomplishment, success, and commitment to the industry has negotiated over $400,000,000 in transactions during his career. With extensive experience in all aspects of commercial brokerage Beau’s primary focus is on the firms build to suit and development opportunities. Beau has cultivated relationships with some of the top lenders, architects, engineers, and general contractors in the Houston area which allows him to offer clients the expert advice and services they need when perusing build to suit and development options.

Beau is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Management and Political Science. When not working, Beau enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their sons Beckett, Gentry, and Jagger.

Mrs. Angela Hill began her career in pharmaceutical litigation where she gained extensive knowledge and experience as a project manager and business analyst overseeing daily operations and processes. Over the course of her career, Mrs. Hill has managed and trained several teams while developing highly effective and efficient systems for day to day operations. 
 
She received a Texas Real Estate License in 2019 and transitioned into the real estate field where she joined the Black Label team. She leverages her vast experience and passion for real estate to manage a portfolio of commercial properties for the property management division while overseeing the daily operations of the Black Label real estate team.

Mrs. Amy Woods joined Black Label Commercial Group in August of 2022. She has built her background in the Real Estate industry, having experience in the Title Company Business, Residential Construction, Residential Sales, HOA Management, Property Management, and is a licensed Realtor® of Texas.

As Transaction Coordinator, she is hardworking and strives to deliver the utmost professional care to her clients and team at Black Label Commercial Group.

Mrs. Woods is a College Station and Texas A&M native. She studied at Texas A&M Galveston for 2 years before returning to her hometown of College Station to continue her education at the main campus of Texas A&M. She worked towards a degree in Sociology and Psychology, which helped build her enthusiastic and sincere demeanor when working with clients and customers.

Mr. Currenn Lim is a native Houstonian and has lived here and watched Houston continually grow for over 25 years. He began his Real Estate career in 2015 after attending Southwest Texas State University finishing with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Associates in Business Management. Currenn started his career in Residential before switching to Commercial in 2019 primarily focusing on tenant representation, land acquisition, and market research. What he enjoys most about Real Estate is helping guide clients through Real Estate transaction process from beginning to end and building lasting relationships. Currenn brings his extensive market knowledge and attention to client’s detail to the Black Label Team.

Mr. Hunter Spielman attended The University of Texas at Arlington where he graduated in December of 2018 with a degree in finance. He started working in real estate immediately after graduation as a broker’s assistant with a very reputable firm in downtown Houston. Then made the jump to Black Label in 2020 to continue to learn and grow his career. Hunter’s main responsibilities include new client acquisition, landlord and landowner representation, market research, and investment analysis. In his free time, Hunter is an avid outdoorsman and likes to spend time with family and friends.

Mr. Douglas Owyang is an Experienced Executive in Real Estate Development for Residential & Commercial Developments. Involved at a high level in developing Master Plan Communities throughout Northern California as a Principal in a Civil Engineering firm for over 25 years. 

Moving to Texas in 2008 from California after retiring as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) and a Principal of a Full-Service Engineering firm, specializing in Land Planning, Civil Engineering and Mapping. Some of his clients included National Home Builders and Commercial Developers such as; Lennar, Meritage, Pulte Homes, Del Webb, KB Homes and General Growth Properties.
 
At Black Label Commercial Group, Doug is involved with Land Planning, Due Diligence & Feasibility Studies for the best possible Land Use and maximum Financial returns for his clients, by using his experiences and the State of the Art Planning/Engineering software. His other responsibilities include providing Commercial Brokerage Advice for his clients involved with Industrial Land and Landlord/Tenant Representation.

Mr. Heinz Kuhner studied International Business and German language at Schiller College in Heidelberg, Germany and graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture. He started his career in Michigan evaluating and approving funding for Community Recreation Facilities. 

He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1983 and after moving from Michigan, began his career in Houston land planning multi-use commercial and residential development and layout design as well as major Houston road extension design layout and alignment. 

He gained experience in commercial and industrial leasing, site selection for shopping centers and build to suit developments. He has additional experience in Texas with large commercial and residential Bank Owned portfolio sales including numerous residential community and commercial development tracts, and residential home packages which were sold to the U.S. and global investors.

Mr. Stratton Butaud has lived in Houston, Texas his entire life. Stratton attended grade schools in Montgomery County and Harris County, and he attended the Yale Business Envision class in 2018. Also, Stratton was awarded National Honor Society Certification in 2017 for his academic achievements. He was a Co-founder of the Business Club at IMG Academy, and he studied Business Finance at Houston Christian University.

Stratton has extensive experience as a site supervisor for commercial development construction projects. Stratton has always had a strong passion for Real Estate and is eager to help in any capacity he can. In his free time, he enjoys reading about the newest technology and concept cars being created worldwide today.

Mr. Ethan Hummel is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University where he got a Bachelor’s in Agriculture Economics with a focus on Finance and Real Estate. He moved to The Woodlands, TX in 2015 from Michigan. He has surrounded himself with leading real estate professionals that have motivated him to pursue a career in this arena.

Ethan has been involved in multiple real estate acquisitions. He is the landlord of a rental property in College Station that has low tenant turnover, and is a founding member of a private real estate investment group.

Before joining Black Label, Ethan helped superintend commercial development projects with Stratton Development and Construction.
He is focused on providing his fresh knowledge, eagerness and 5 star work ethics to his clients. He is passionate about his faith, family, and fitness. In his free time, you will find him doing home projects and listening to country music.

Gatlin Peck is a Texas native who has lived in College Station since 2019. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He furthered his education through Champions School of Real Estate by studying law of contracts, laws of agency, real estate principles, and investment strategy. Gatlin has a unique interest in real estate and a servant’s heart compelling him to help clients navigate the complexity of their real estate goals.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and a doctorate in Civil Engineering, Ayca embarked on a career with Shell Oil International, working on projects in various countries. Through this experience, she developed a strong technical background and a deep understanding of large scale international industry operations.

In addition to her engineering career, Ayca expanded her expertise into other fields, including the marble import business and residential real estate. Her diverse background allows her to bring a unique perspective to every client she serves. Mr. Mitchell Lout grew up in Montgomery, Texas and is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned his Business Management degree in 2018. Following graduation, he began his career in real estate at a Houston-based appraisal firm, specializing in the valuation of industrial assets for ad valorem property taxes. With a strong foundation in real and personal property valuation, Mitchell moved to Denver, where he joined CBRE to further his appraisal expertise. As part of the appraisal group, he performed and assisted in valuation projects on a wide range of industrial properties for clients involved in lending, acquisition, and disposition decisions. His diverse experience in both tax and market-driven valuations has equipped him with a well-rounded skill set, allowing him to deliver insights that drive strategic real estate decisions. At Black Label, Mitchell seeks to continue expanding his real estate knowledge in order to deliver exceptional results to clients. His responsibilities include conducting market research, representing property owners, and creating a network of real estate professionals and participants.

Justin is a Houstonian but also a native New Orleanean with deep roots in real estate. He began in the family business, The Industrial Group. He has experience in industrial leasing, industrial construction and industrial property management. Prior to joining Black Label Commercial Group in 2023, he had a long career in logistics management and marine terminal management. His principles of communication, dedication, and transparency bring value to each transaction.

Mr. Cristian Bustamante joined Black Label Commercial Group after attending Rice University for a degree in business. Cristian brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of financial analysis, market research, and the most current knowledge of growth and opportunity within the Houston area markets.
His first experience with real estate came from working with his family business.
Cristian previously helped the business in the acquisition of over 12 locations for retail sales along with managing aspects of operations, manufacturing, logistics, and accounting. He is passionate about the dynamics of commercial real estate and aims to leverage his skills to facilitate successful real estate transactions and provide insightful client consultations.
In his free time, Mr. Cristian likes to spend time with his family and pets, traveling, helping at his local church and food parish, as well as undertaking automotive restoration projects.
